eMail UsContact UsDealers & Agents December 2004 SpaceCom Antenna Upgrade Advisory We would like to advise all customers of a MANDATORY CHIP REPLACEMENT program presently underway for users of all SpaceCom Antennas. The chip change is necessary to allow for the use of new frequencies being allocated by our satellite carrier. There is no charge for the replacement. Customers will receive more information about the upgrade in the next few weeks. To be assured of uninterrupted service, this chip replacement must be completed by 31 January 2005. Note that any antenna that does not have the chip upgrade completed will not operate properly after 1 February 2005. Please contact us with any questions or scheduling concerns.
