Applicant understands that this is a SHARED USER SYSTEM and talk time must be somewhat restricted. Applicant therefore agrees to the following SUBSCRIBER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Subscribers will limit each dial up dispatch conversation to a maximum of ten minutes. Subscribers will limit total use of dial up dispatch system to two conversations within any 24-hour period. Subscribers agree to never reveal or otherwise provide their private PIN code to any other person for any reason whatever. All private PIN codes will remain the property of Satellite Technical Services and may be revoked at any time. Subscribers agree to adhere to reasonable talk time policy changes that may alter the availability of the dial up dispatch system in the future. STS or Glentel may alter, change or discontinue this program at any time.
